About Ken

Ken Kader started his real estate career in London, UK in 1973 where he assisted a property manager with 30+ properties in and around the London core. Ken continued his career as a serial entrepreneur and immigrated with his wife and two children to the United States of America in 1993, settling in New York City. After leading successful businesses in telecommunications and event spaces and earning a Masters Degree from NYU Polytechnic University,

Ken pivoted back into real estate and earned his license to practice in New York in 2011. In 2015, Ken became a Broker. His efforts and support to the community were recognized in August 2017 by the Office of the Chief Executive of Nassau County, New York. Ken moved to Dallas, TX in late 2017, looking to continue his career in real estate and help people achieve their dreams of property ownership with his extensive experience in multifamily dwellings, single family homes, and investment properties.

He is in a unique position to offer his in depth knowledge and help service his new community in the Dallas metroplex and his clientele in New York to invest in Dallas - creating a very attractive nest egg for their retirement as well as living a very stress free, snow free, and comfortable in the warm weather surrounded by the friendliest people. Ken is licensed to practice real estate transactions in both Texas and New York.
